I'm not having a flower girl or ring bearer. For the bridesmaids, I'm doing a few small things. I'm getting small totes with their initials on them and putting a necklace and earrings that I'm making for them to wear on the day of the wedding, a charm bracelet, and a silk handkerchief that my mother brought back from China in each tote. The necklaces will be freshwater pearl with sterling silver initial pendants. For the charm bracelets, I'm having a charm cake at the bridesmaids luncheon and I will attach the charms they pull from the cake to their bouquets for the ceremony and then they can put them on the bracelet. It will already have a bridesmaid or maid of honor charm on it. My fiance went more traditional and got his groomsmen monogrammed money clips. I'm not going to do a full monogram on the bridesmaids stuff, just their first initial, because two of them are already engaged, so their last initial will change. I've always heard that its best to give them something individual since they don't all necessarily have the same taste, so I'm going to throw in a $10 gift card to each of their favorite stores. I didn't want to do anything expensive, so I decided to do a bunch of little stuff and personalize it for each girl.

DO LIKE THE BRIDESMAIDS SHIRTS THAT SAY BRIDESMAID AND THEIR NAME. GROOMSMENS LET YOU HUBBY HINK OF THAT

For the flower girl and ring bearer it depends on their ages. If they are young they will appreciate a nice toy. Ask their moms what they like. If they are older, say 7 or more get them gift cards. Libby Lu's is great for the girl, Wal Mart, Barnes and Noble or Build A Bear would do for both. At that age they know what gift cards are and like the freedom of 'shopping' for them selves. As for the Bride's maids, try the jewelry they will wear at the wedding. I have a bride that bought 12 sets of earrings and necklaces from Ebay for a total of $30. They were beautiful. As for the men, that if usually left up to your groom to handle but if you want try money clips. They are not too expensive and it is a nice to to have their name or monogram engraved. This is something that they will actually use and keep in their pockets for years to come.Something I've also seen this summer at three different weddings is totes with their names engraved and often they are the wedding colors. I think these are really cool. Especially when you photographer comes in to take the prewedding pics the girls can toss their junk into the bags so the room is not cluttered in the pics.

All of my bridesmaids have been my best friends for years, so for theres I was really creative, I got a whole buch of tote bags that had picture slots, on the front, right, and back sides, and I went and raided all my photo albums, and I put all the pictures of us together through the years, in the slots, and then on the handle I had their initials stitched, and inside the bags, I put a bunch of little stuff, slippers, candles, and a note from me saying how much they meant to me. For the groomsman, my husband got their favorite football teams hats and jerseys, with their names on it instead. Our flowergirls got regular little girl things, dora toys and little purses. And my nephew who was the ringbearer, got all new football stuff. But anyways my fav gift was the bridesmaids gift, for each one it was under like 20 dollars, and they were crying more than I was. Hope you figure out what to do.

For gifts, I'm spending about 100 per girl for our beach themed wedding. However, I'm also taking my Matron of Honor out for a spa/massage day, and I'll probably do a brunch for my other girls.Gifts:My Matron of Honor and my bridesmaid: Real pearl and diamond pendant necklaces in gold, with gold chains. My oldest future stepdaughter: (Junior Bridesmaid, age 13) a gold pendant with four dolphins (she saw it and mentioned it reminded her of the four of us...her father, myself, her sister and herself) and a gold chain. My youngest future stepdaugher: (Bridal Attendant, age 11) a gold charm bracelet with a sea turtle charm in colored enamel...fits her personality (very colorful, humorous child).
