Around here, at least, there are a variety of independent florists who can fix ya up. Even our local supermarkets often have a section offering a variety of floral arrangements, house plants, and of course, dried flower arrangements. Another place to check, though I hesitate to recommend chain stores, is JoAnn Fabrics - their larger stores have a selection of artificial flowers from which you can create your own unique arrangement.

YOU PROBABLY MEAN SILK FLOWER'S ( artifical would be the old name for them ) most garden centres that have those shops as well have beautiful flower's , Woodie's have beautiful one's they are so real looking you would not know the difference .

Depending on where u live? nice shop called the flower factory in Congleton Cheshire, it is near the leisure Centre, hope this was of use for you.

(UK) most stores do them now, there the latest thing or should i say fad, everyone's going mad for twigs in vase's or grasses 'dried n dyed', they vary in prices too, but if you're going to do keep it cheap n cheerful because give it another year and it'll be unfashionable again.
