Candles always make a pretty center piece and alot of fun is when people put those disposable cameras in the center of the tables and have the guest take the pictures for the couple. That way everyone gets to be apart of the big day and believe me if it's a slow crowd or a stiff crowd it's a great way to get everyone to have funand smile. Congrats and Good Luck

You know what maybe a neat idea instead of flowers is to have vinyl records of albums that were popular 50 years ago as a centerpiece. I am thinking if you can't get records, some sort of artifact, from that time frame. Maybe even pictures of their wedding.

Celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary certainly deserves an excellent party. The marriage has lasted through Eisenhower, Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon, Ford, Carter, Reagan, Clinton and two Bushes. This much history demands planning a wedding anniversary that will be remembered for 50 more years.Try using the flowers that were origionally used on the wedding day. That should bring a sentimental element to the whole event!Good luck!

Answer #5
Don't go for huge tall centerpieces. Kind of distracting when trying to talk to someone on the otherside of the table.
