Question : Cut Orchids?
my mom got some cut orchids yesterday and she wants to know everything about them [ when to water, what temperature they should be at etc.] Also, Can you grow cut orchids? Thanks!

You should keep them in water at all times, and provide them with floral food. You should change the water, clip the ends of the stems and add new food every-other day. Keep away from cool drafts and away from heaters. With this care, the blooms should last 1 week and a 1/2-2 weeks FOR SURE.P.S. You cannot grow cut orchids. They will not root in water and you cannot propigate from the flower stem.
