Question : How must i grow Orchids in Chennai (India)?
I brought along some orchids from Kerala and would like to know how to plant and take care of them .I observed they were planted in bamboo pipes with coconut husks instead of a standard pot !Please tell me more .

Orchids does not need the soil much, their roots goes in the air and you
shouldn't try to cover them with soil. spray litle water on the roots every day

BIG POT OR THE OTHER WAYS AND YES,LONG PIPES ARE MORE SUITABLE FOR THAT NOT TO
BREAK,PLEASE TAKE GOOD CARE THAT THEY ARE SOFTLY SUBTLY TAKEN CARE OF..GOOD
