Does she collect anything special? My mother likes candles and plants so we get her those things. But my Grandma likes chili peppers so we get her decorations and stuff that has peppers on them. What does your mom like?

As a mom and a grandmother I would ask could you visit her on that money? Any of us moms love any time our children can give us! If that is not possible how about pictures of you in your everyday life...put them into some sort of scrapbook....or is there something she has always talked about wanting but has never spent the money on that is in your price range???? How about a day at the local beauty spot???? What about a massage certificate???? How about you buying the ingrediants and then doing the cooking for a day for her????? What about getting her a maid for a day???? Spend a little time thinking about why you are buying for her before you do the actual buying....that might influence your final choice!
