After ordering, I received a phone call from Lou himself, who was concerned about the bonsai having a humidity tray and citrus fertilizer. I was out of town and didn't get a chance to call back before the tree had been promised to be shipped, and Lou sent a humidity tray and a little packet of fertilizer with the tree! How nice to know that there are people out there who are willing to go the extra mile and take personal pride in their products. The tree itself is already blossoming, and has many small citrus fruits, so it's definitely healthy and happy! |
