Ordered the lovely orchids, however I did not recieve orchids. My rating then is not based on the orchids but teleflora's horrible customer service.

These arrived 2 weeks after Mothers day after talking to Teleflora 4 times on the phone. The substituted arrangement was no where near as nice, and they were to give me 50% off for all the trouble, which again they didn't do. I will never order from them again. Better off at a different service. |
