Review #1: Teleflora Doesn't Deliver

I ordered a pink mini rosebush to be delivered to my mother on Valentine's Day. I told her a surprise was on the way and to be on the lookout for it. She called me at the end of the day and said there'd been no delivery. I called Teleflora and asked what happened. They said that they did not have access to delivery information and would not tell me which florist had been used for the order. They also said deliveries were backed up for Valentine's Day and that they would try to deliver again tomorrow. I agreed to having it delivered the following day even though that was no longer Valentine's Day. At the end of the following day my mother called me again, still no delivery. Now that's inexcusable! You're a floral company right? That delivers flowers? So, how come no flowers were delivered? I called Teleflora, once again, same song and dance: We do not have and cannot give you, the customer the delivery and florist information. So, I canceled the order and had a refund issued to my credit card. I've been told that my refund should appear in the next few days. I'll be checking, I don't trust this company at all and will never use them again. I cannot in good conscience recommend a floral delivery company that doesn't do floral delivery. Use another florist, Teleflora doesn't deliver.

Ordered flowers for best friend in KY on Dec 20 for delivery on 22nd. Received TWO confirmations, the later on Dec 22 reading, "Order Reference #: 3088727 Thank you for using Teleflora's Flower Club. We have placed your order with one of our Teleflora florists for hand delivery to xxx in West Somerset, KY on Saturday, December 22, 2007. Again, thank you for using Teleflora - the world's largest network of neighborhood florists." Gee, now that sounds like a done deal to me... Never got the "Wow" phone call from my friend - not even when talking to her on the 26th. Emailed the customer service department and got this, "...Unfortunately, we have been unable to locate a florist to deliver in the Somerset,KY area at this time.Please call us toll free at --- reference order number 2208508301and let us know how to proceed with your order." ON THE 26th!!!!!!!!! And their solution? I could send another bouquet at a 20% discount! You've got to be kidding! I suggested that they send another arrangement, on them, with a note that explained why my friend did not receive a Christmas present from me this year. No way. 20% was the deal.
Good luck to anyone foolish enough to order from this company.
