Customer Reviews:
Review #1: Same problem...undeliverable 2008-05-01 I ordered from Teleflora 2 days prior to the delivery for my husband's b-day. I called in the morning to get status update and she said she didn't see any info in the system so she was kind enough to call the florist to see what was going on. After 5 min, she told me that the florist could not speak English. So she said that she left the Teleflora # w/ the florist and told the florist to call Teleflora back. Teleflora was suppose to call me and I didn't hear anything. So I called Teleflora again and spoke w/ Bill. Bill said he could not call the florist. I told him the first customer service rep called for me. He was obviously incompetent. He just elevated it to the Supervisor, Joe. Joe was suppose to call me back. Did not hear back after 2 hours so I called again and spoke w/ Brandon. I told him the problem and he connected me to the Research Dept. I got disconnected. So I called back and spoke w/ Kathleen. Mind you this is the 4th phone call to Teleflora. In the mean time I got a call from Mitchell on my cell that said that Teleflora cannot fulfill the order and if they could deliver it tomorrow. It's already 2:45 PM Pacific time. I was so frustrated and asked Kathleen if they could deliver the flowers for FREE. But she said "no" and only would provide a 15% discount. Why in the world, when I give Teleflora 2 days to fulfill an order, they tell me that they can't find a florist to deliver? Why would someone not get the hint AFTER the 2nd phone call that there is trouble brewing w/ my order??? WHY DO I HAVE TO BABYSIT THIS ORDER? It's so frustrating. I won't be using Teleflora again especially after reading the 2 previous reviews.
Review #2: Teleflora Doesn't Deliver 2008-02-16 I ordered a pink mini rosebush to be delivered to my mother on Valentine's Day. I told her a surprise was on the way and to be on the lookout for it. She called me at the end of the day and said there'd been no delivery. I called Teleflora and asked what happened. They said that they did not have access to delivery information and would not tell me which florist had been used for the order. They also said deliveries were backed up for Valentine's Day and that they would try to deliver again tomorrow. I agreed to having it delivered the following day even though that was no longer Valentine's Day. At the end of the following day my mother called me again, still no delivery. Now that's inexcusable! You're a floral company right? That delivers flowers? So, how come no flowers were delivered? I called Teleflora, once again, same song and dance: We do not have and cannot give you, the customer the delivery and florist information. So, I canceled the order and had a refund issued to my credit card. I've been told that my refund should appear in the next few days. I'll be checking, I don't trust this company at all and will never use them again. I cannot in good conscience recommend a floral delivery company that doesn't do floral delivery. Use another florist, Teleflora doesn't deliver.
Review #3: You Won't Get It!!! 2008-01-18 I placed an order yesterday for a specific arrangement to be delivered to my mother (Dr Chicken) and it was substituted with a completely different arrangment! There were no roses in the one she received and it was an entirely different container/balloon, color theme and quality. Basically she got nothing but cheap daisies in a ridiculous looking coffee mug and no one at their "most trusted florists" contacted me about making this change. To my knowledge no one at this florist contacted Teleflora to inform them of this substitution either. Why do they ask for your phone number then? They had the means to contact me, they just didn't care!
I sent an email of complaint and asked for a refund since they have a "Satisfaction Guarantee" and they said it would be issued...IF they went out and took the flowers back! Otherwise they would credit me back just 50% to leave her alone after having major surgery.
I will never, ever purchase from Teleflora again as what you select and more importantly, what you PAY FOR is not what you get!!! |
