I purchased this item for my husband for Valentine's Day because he's a big cactus fan. The description said it would be delivered the next day if purchased before a certain time, which I did, but he didn't get it for 3 days after Valentine's Day. Then the product he got looked nothing like this picture. There were three cacti still in the plastic starter containers placed in a small ceramic pot with decorative moss stuffed in between the plastic containers. I spoke to Teleflora and expressed my displeasure, so they offered to take it back and replace it with something more like what was pictured. They never did that and never responded to my e-mail. I will not purchase from Teleflora again! |
