My husband ordered the butterfly birthday centerpiece for my birthday. He also surprised me with complete linen and tablecloth setup for our dining room table -beautiful, elegant, butterflies. Had the flowers been as described, it would have been picture perfect. Not the first butterfly!! I contacted Teleflora, but they don't seem to be concerned about this customer. Haven't heard back from them, and their contact preference was by directly through their e:mail, that was over a week ago. I don't think we will be using Teleflora again, and had we read these reviews, of many unhappy customers, we wouldn't have. |
