Review #1: flowers arrived w/o a card

I have a problem with the delivery of the flowers sent to my mother. Although they arrived on time and are a beautiful arrangement. The flower did not have a card on it. I had wrote out a gift card to be placed with the flowers, it was not on the arrangement. In fact there was no indication of who sent the flowers. It had a card attached, when she opened the card was blank! What is the point of that??My mother had to call each of my siblings to ask who sent her flowers. She felt very embarrassed to have to do this. I know the order came via Amazon.com but the florist should make sure that there is a recipients' name. I honestly will think twice before ordering again.

Although I haven't seen a large Fields of Europe arrangement personally, I have given it twice, June & July '07 - the recipients seemed genuinely impressed with the freshness, size and overally quality. I'll continue to use this one.

I've ordered at least 2 dozen flower orders on behalf of my boss and everytime it's appropriate, I order this selection because it's very elloquent, sweet, and shows how much you care. I'd send this to anyone in leau of roses because it says more than roses can ever say.
